Reported Not seen by us yet, but it has a source: Rockstar named or showed it, reputable outlets reported it, or a forum report we're still checking. How we label places

What we know
Several outlets list basketball among the activities shown. Outdoor courts suit Vice City's parks and beach, but no court has a confirmed spot.
What we'll check at launch
Each court, whether it's a minigame or free play, and if NPCs join.
Seen it in the game? Tell us on the Places board. We confirm forum reports ourselves before a place turns verified.
